Aer Lingus are having a European seat sale at the moment and some of the flights are for nothing, and at least it's a decent airline. I'm going from Glasgow to Belfast for £16 return, all in. You do have to watch their initial prices, as they can bump up a lot, but that was the total price so if you could get something like that you're sorted! Probably RyanAir.
